Trauma-informed learning and consultative support (non-therapeutic)
These services are for individuals, families, professionals, and organizations seeking understanding, practical skills, and support without entering ongoing psychotherapy. Services are grounded in trauma-informed practice and a Master’s degree in Education.
Consultations (Non-Therapeutic)
Consultations are short-term, educational sessions focused on guidance, reflection, and skill-building.
They may be helpful for:
Students managing stress, transitions, or academic pressure
Parents or caregivers seeking support with communication or emotional challenges
Professionals and educators seeking consultative or reflective support
Common topics:
Understanding stress, trauma, and emotional responses
Communication and boundary-setting skills
Decision-making and problem-solving
Self-compassion and emotional awareness
Coping strategies for school, work, or caregiving stress
Consultations do not involve diagnosis or ongoing treatment.
Workshops & Professional Education
Workshops provide practical, trauma-informed learning for individuals, groups, schools, and organizations.
Topics may include:
Nervous system and stress education
Emotional regulation and resilience
Trauma-informed practices for schools and organizations
Communication and relational skills
Burnout prevention and sustainable self-care
Workshops are available virtually or in person and can be adapted to different settings.

Educational services, consultations, and workshops are not psychotherapy and are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Psychotherapy services are offered separately and clearly identified.
