No. There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions after the consultation.

If I’m not the best fit for your needs, I’m happy to offer referrals to trusted colleagues or other mental health professionals.

Yes. I follow all professional and ethical standards for privacy and confidentiality, and sessions are conducted using secure video therapy practices.

Confidentiality may be broken only in rare situations where I am legally required to act to ensure safety, such as risk of harm, abuse, or serious threats to public safety.
